The Bekahlocachocomocha referenced in my coffee punch recipe is a coffee drink my daughter invented. She makes it in the Vitamix somehow with icecream, instant coffee (I think), milk, Oreos, chocolate powder (Nesquick?) or syrup, and I don't know what all. Then she drizzles chocolate syrup on the glasses before serving it, and tops it with whip cream and sprinkles. It's extravagant.
No one else knows exactly how she does it. I'm not even sure how she spells it, but isn't that a great name? Say it fast for full effect.
For a while she was serving it to her friends on a regular basis, until I pointed out the economics of her generosity. Those are some pretty expensive ingredients here in Mexico. I think she should start selling them for a profit. There are no Starbucks or Italian Coffee shops in our little town.
Next time she makes it I will sneak in the kitchen and grab some photos to add here.

Oh, that sounds really good! (How could it not taste great with Oreos and ice cream?) Looking forward to seeing the pictures after she makes another. Will you need a spy cam?
