Graduation Coffee Punch

This is the BEST coffee punch, known in Ohio as Sandy's Famous Coffee Punch.  In Oaxaca it's Jamie's famous coffee punch immortalized at the OCS graduation of 2006 where I first served it.  Then I made it for a graduation celebration for Mike in 2007, and again at our house after Hannah's graduation in December 2008.

Boil 8 cups water

Add:

1 1/3 cups instant coffee
1 1/3 cups chocolate syrup
1 cup sugar

Stir until dissolved, and cool in fridge (overnight if possible)

Ready to serve - add 1 gallon whole milk and 1 gallon ice cream. Original recipe calls for vanilla, but chocolate or swirl, or coffee is also good.)

Trust me, this one will get rave reviews. If we added some Oreo cookies, this would be right up there with my daughter's famous Bekahlocachocomocha, which she still hasn't taught me how to make.

I've just got to know, what is a Bekahlocachocomocha? The name alone would make me want to try it. LOL. Hope she shows you how to make it and gives permission to share with your blog readers. :)
