Baked Oatmeal


4 eggs

2 Cups Milk

2/3 Cup melted margarine

3/4 Cup sugar (can substitute brown sugar or molasses)

4 tsp. baking powder

2 tsp. salt

6 Cups oatmeal

cinnamon

Mix.  Pour into greased 9x13 pan.  Bake at 350 for 30 minutes.  Serve with milk like cereal.  This is a cross between a coffee cake and oatmeal.  It puts the cholesterol and taste back in!
