1. Heaven preoccupies my thoughts.
2. Being a people-pleaser stands in my way of being a true God-pleaser.
3. I hate the sight, smell, or sound of any and all bodily fluids.
4. I have no desire for diamonds or pearls, but love earthy cheap jewelry from the hippie market.
5. Songs that make me cry are Star Spangled Banner, Pomp and Circumstance, the Wedding March, and the Theme from Brian's Song, among others.
6. The feel of a filing my fingernails and the sound of scraping things against the frost in the freezer affect me like chewing on foil.
7. I cannot tune out background music with lyrics to carry on a coherent conversation.
8. The thing I dislike most about my body is my stomach which makes me look six months pregnant, but I'm not willing to risk death to have a surgeon fix it.
9. One of my greatest assets is my hair which only needs a finger combing once a day.
10. I prefer teenagers over toddlers.
11. I get a kick out of listening to winter weather forecasts from Ohio (by internet) while looking out the window at perpetually sunny skies.
12. I still appreciate the finer things in life, including china, silver, crystal, symphony orchestra concerts, art museums, arboretums, attending the ballet and live theater - at least every two or three years.
13. I love my house, but wish we had more water to keep a nicer garden.
14. I have no fear of speaking before large audiences, but I loathe those huge video screens that blow me up to enormous proportions.
15. I am hooked on blogging.
16. I love a quiet evening with a good book equally with a big party surrounded by friends.
17. I hate lying and foul language, and can't overlook it in movies or real life.
18. Mothering came to me easier than wife-ing.
19. My husband-bugging solution for not being able to find a pen or reading glasses is to scatter them all over the house.
20. Good daily habits of mine include devotions, vitamins, Kombucha tea (look it up!), dry brush massaging, writing, and sometimes T-Tapp (exercise)
21. My bad habit is eating without thinking.
22. I have the opposite of a teenage eating disorder: no matter how heavy I get, I still think of myself as a thin person.
23. I'm not looking forward to an empty nest.
24. Most of my goals and aspirations I have given up for the sake of the gospel.
25. I have an unshakable faith in an incredibly loving, merciful, awesome, generous, forgiving, caring, and faithful God!

this was so interesting! We have a few things in common, not the least of which is the filing/scraping the freezer bit. Made my teeth hurt just reading it!
