- 1 pound of green husk tomatoes (tomatillos), without husks, cooked and drained
- 6 avocados
- 1 small clove garlic
- 10-12 branches of cilantro
- salt, lemon juice
Note: you can also use raw tomatillos which helps to keep guacamole from turning brown so fast.
Easy Green Salsa
- 1 pound green husk tomatoes (tomatillos), without husks, cooked in water with 2-4 jalapeno peppers.
- Drain, and add a small raw clove garlic and 8 sprigs or more of cilantro, and salt to taste.
Easy Red Salsa
- Cook 6-8 red tomatoes with 2-4 jalapenos. Drain, and mix with 8 sprigs cilantro, 1 small raw garlic clove and salt.
