Last weekend we were blessed to finally meet Amy, Chris's future bride. We enjoyed a fun weekend of getting to know her. Here are a few photos from our time together. I think Amy likes the idea of having younger siblings, and the kids, who haven't seen Hannah since New Year's or Heidi since April of 2008, were more than willing to open their hearts to a new sister-to-be. I already told her of my dislike for the term mother-in-law, and prefer her to think of me as her "OtherMom" as I think of myself in relation to Heidi. Now I'm anxious to get those two young ladies together. If only they lived closer, I'm sure they would become great friends.
It's such a joy to see the Loker family expanding once again.
